Dear Mrs Boit,

After consulting with the AStA council, 16/Sept at 09:00, morning, came up as the best possible time for the meeting at the construction site ('Old Book shop' in front of Haus 9 at Neues Palais).

We're pleased to meet the chancellor and his consociates to examine the spatial distribution of Uni-shop, Self-learning room and free-room. Also, we're thankful to president Günther to acknowledge the disappointment of students regarding the allotted low room-space in the last draft of the infrastructure.

The student body will appreciate every possible step taken by the university council to provide a suitable solution for this years-long misery. We hope, the student representatives will use this opportunity to convey their demand to the president's delegate.

Ich möchte Sie in Folge des Jour Fixe AStA vom 2.9.20 herzlich zu einer Begehung des Rohbaus des Buchladens Am Neuen Palais einladen.


 
Als Termin stehen zur Auswahl

·       Donnerstag, 10.09.20 oder

·       Mittwoch, 16.09.20


 
Jeweils entweder um 9:00 Uhr oder um 11.00 Uhr. Wegen der laufenden Bauarbeiten sind wir auf diese Uhrzeiten bei der Begehung eingeschränkt.


 
Bitte kommunizieren Sie den Terminvorschlag auch an die Mitglieder der AG Freiraum und des Studierendenparlamentes, die gestern im AStA vertreten waren.

Bitte stimmen Sie sich untereinander ab und geben mir bitte bis Dienstag nächster Woche eine gemeinsame Rückmeldung, welchen Termin Sie wahrnehmen möchten, und wie viele Personen kommen werden.


 
Bitte bringen Sie sich aufgrund der Corona-Regeln einen Mund-Nasen-Schutz für die Besichtigung mit.

Dear students,


 
As a result of the Jour Fixe AStA on September 2, 2020, I would like to cordially invite you to an inspection of the extended shell of the bookstore Am Neuen Palais.


 
The dates available for selection are

·       Thursday, September 10, 2020 or

·       Wednesday, September 16, 2020


 
Either at 9:00 a.m. or at 11:00 a.m. Due to the ongoing construction work, we are limited to these times during the inspection.


 
Please communicate the proposed date to the members of the AG Freiraum and the student parliament who were represented in the AStA yesterday.

Please coordinate with each other and please give me a common feedback until next Tuesday as to which appointment you would like to keep, and how many people will be attending.


 
Due to the corona rules, please bring mouth and nose cover with you for the visit.
