Dear FreiRaum representatives,

Dear AStA members,

 

On behalf of the Chancellor, I would like to invite you to meet again with
me and the project manager of the NIL club, Ms. Karin Sumpf. She is also a
committee associate in the Jour Fixe AStA and advisor to Mr. Gerlof. 

 

The suggested dates are November 26th, 11am or December 2nd, 11am at Neues
Palais. I would then book a seminar room nearby so we avoid interrupting the
construction workers and having to discuss standing in the cold. 

 

Please get back to me by end of this week with your preferred date and
number of people attending.
