[Npfreiraum] Weiteres zum Freiraum am Neuen Palais

Hallo liebe Freiraum Ini,

mir ist bewusst das leider die letzte Zeit nicht von einen guten 
Verhältnis zwischen den AStA und der freiRaum Initiative geprägt war.

Um jedoch hier trotzdem endlich voranschreiten zu können wollte ich euch 
informieren das gerne euch im Haus 22 der Raum 0.02 mit 
Außentür-Schlüssel vermutlich zeitnah übergeben werden kann.  So könntet 
ihr da dann auch 24/7 rein.

Oder man auch gucken kann das wir im aktuellen Sitzungsraum 0.22 in Haus 
6 eine Möglichkeit finden das ihr z.Bsp. diesen Raum nutzen könnt.
Hier wäre es auch möglich einen Außentür-Schlüssel zu bekommen um den 
Raum 24/7 zu betreten.

Für Räume im Haus 9 wäre es nicht möglich ein Außentür-Schlüssel zu 
bekommen, sodass hier vermutlich eine Nutzung durch euch keinen Sinn 
machen würde, da es nicht möglich wäre den Raum 24/7 zu betreten.

Verträge existieren zwar leider noch immer nicht. Aber inzwischen hat 
Frau Brockhaus geantwortet das man diese Vorbereiten würde.
Das Kanzlerbüro hat mitgeteilt das es Vertraglich so geregelt werden 
soll das es einmal ein Vertrag zwischen der Uni und AStA gibt und dann 
nochmal ein Nutzungsvertrag bzw. "Untermietvertrag" zwischen AStA und 
euch als freiRaum Initiative.
Dies ist auch sehr verständlich da die Univeristät als öffentliche 
Einrichtung nur dem AStA als Teilkörperschaft Räume mietkostenfrei zu 
Verfügung stellen kann. Ein direktes Vertragsverhältnis zwischen 
Universität und euch wäre somit leider nicht möglich, auch wenn dies 
natürlich insbesondere im Kontext eurer Unabhängigkeit viel besser wäre.

Sobald also der Raum uns als AStA übergeben wurde, würden wir dann euch 
offiziell die Schlüssel weitergeben und ihr könntet frei über den Raum 
verfügen.

Mir ist bewusst das dies alles euch vermutlich in keinster Weise 
zufrieden stellen wird.  Aber ich hoffe trotzdem das dies euch 
weiterhelfen kann.

Hello dear Freiraum Group,

I am aware that unfortunately the last time was not marked by a good 
relationship between the AStA and the freiRaum initiative.

However, in order to finally be able to move forward, I would like to 
inform you that room 0.02 in house 22 with an outside door key can 
probably be handed over to you soon.  That way you could enter it 24/7.

Or we can also look into finding a way for you to use the current 
meeting room 0.22 in building 6.
Here it would also be possible to get an external door key to enter the 
room 24/7.

For rooms in house 9, it would not be possible to get an external door 
key, so that it would probably not make sense for you to use this room, 
as it would not be possible to enter the room 24/7.

Unfortunately, contracts still do not exist. But in the meantime, Ms 
Brockhaus has replied that they are being prepared.
The chancellor's office has informed us that the contract will be 
arranged in such a way that there will be a contract between the 
university and the AStA and then another contract of use or "sublease" 
between the AStA and you as the freiRaum initiative.
This is also very understandable since the university, as a public 
institution, can only provide rooms free of charge to the AStA as a 
partial body. A direct contractual relationship between the university 
and you would therefore unfortunately not be possible, even though this 
would of course be much better, especially in the context of your 
independence.

As soon as the room has been handed over to us as AStA, we would then 
officially hand over the keys to you and you would be free to use the room.

I am aware that this will probably not satisfy you in any way. But I 
still hope that this can help you.
