In the decision making process, Feb/19 Jour Fixe, the proposed plan was not appreciated by student representatives, but the plan was finalised without considering the concern. In oct/19, student representatives requested to re-examine the construction plans, but request got denied by a council member.<br /><br />In a short notice, the student representatives appealed for on-site meeting in the last Jour Fixe. This on-site meeting, in the presence of the president's delegates, has been planned to evaluate the low space availability for studicafe, and to find a possible solution for the issue.<br /><br />We, student representatives, admire your every effort for orgainising this meeting and accept the unavaiblabilty of the Chancellor on the 16/Sept, 09:00 am.
